Dr. Ed Shoemaker, PhD, LMHC, QS, TF-CBT, ACT is a National Certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Adoption Competency Trained Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 30 plus years of professional experience working with "at-risk" children, teens and families. Dr. Shoemaker and his wife Tonya are also adoptive parents of three special needs children (now adults).
